Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick poha (flattened rice)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 8-10 curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Poha – Rinse the poha in water for 30 seconds, then drain and let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
